CANDIDATE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Documenting current business processes, including face to face, phone, email or video conferencing communications
- Inventory, catalog and comprehensively document all existing roles, processes and procedures involved in the operation of the departments (Accounting, Budget, Disbursements, Finance, Revenue, and Reporting functions)
- Ability to draft precise and exhaustive procedures
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $40.00 - $45.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
Application Question(s):
- DEA requires Level 2 fingerprinting. Cost of fingerprinting will be the responsibility of the candidate. Estimated cost between $75-$80. Are you comfortable with it?
Experience:
- drafting precise and exhaustive procedures: 2 years (Required)
- state finance/accounting: 1 year (Required)
- Diligent note taker with attention to detail: 1 year (Required)
- FLAIR and or PALM: 1 year (Preferred)
